I enjoyed a quick radio debut on the Fred Macaulay show this week. I have never been on the radio before so it was quite an exciting experience.
On Tuesday I made the trip along the M8 to the new BBC Scotland buildings in Glasgow, which are very impressive. I was keeping an eye out for some minor Scottish celebrities in the reception having passed my security check but was quickly scooped up and taken to the studio. After a few instructions (no swearing, no brand names etc, as if I would) I was popped in front of a mic and the segment on Foodie Festivities began.
We had a good banter about Foodieboxes, how it all works, explaining how we manage stock over the Christmas period, how I sourced the Scottish produce etc etc and then it was all over!
A fun experience and hopefully a few more people will now know about Foodieboxes.
If you fancy a listen just click here (about 45mins). I think it will only be available for a week.
