Berry Good
I had to put the school hat back on last week and head off to do some training for my alcohol license. A whole day in a classroom followed by an exam! It’s been a wee while since I did an exam. Everything was fairly straight forward I think, haven’t had my results back yet.
So if all goes well we will be able to start selling tasty bottles of wine, whisky, vodka and port with our Foodieboxes on the 1st September 2009. Something that has been lacking for some time! Let me just inform you that it wasn’t our fault but due to legislation changes waiting was the only option.
The tasting of the alcohol products may produce a few issues! As you know at Foodieboxes we put all our products through rigorous taste tests with volunteer Foodies. Something tells me I might get a few more requests now.
We have already tasted some great products; one of our favourites is Berry Good, flavoured berry vodka. The Vodka is made with fresh Scottish strawberry juice. Yum!
