Foodies at Holyrood
Well some really exciting news this week! We have just signed the lease on our new retail premises on Holyrood Road, Edinburgh. It is one of the old Beanscene coffee shops. We are totally refurbing it and turning it into a real Foodies paradise.
We will have a section dedicated to Foodie retail selling tasty Scottish treats from Scottish Cheese to Organic Smoked Salmon. Attached to this will be a coffee/takeaway bar were you and order fantastic coffees and cakes and take them away to enjoy in your office, home or Holyrood park.
The second section of the premise is a nice light seating area, were you can enjoy excellent table service. To start with we are going to concentrate on serving really good breakfasts and lunches and if all goes well we might open in the evening. This section will be fully kitted out with beautiful beech furniture. We have also set aside a section for comfy seating allowing you to relax and read one of the free papers or Foodie magazines. Oh, it’s all going to be very kid friendly too.
I have a very exciting meeting with the interior designer this afternoon so I will keep you all posted.
